Injokes

Sophie is the only person to have won a version (two, in fact - V2, then V5OC) and not to have NPCed or died early in the very next round (V3 - ranked 2nd; V6OC - ranked 4th), unlike every other winner or joint winner in the comm history. This pattern is known as the Winner's Curse. Sophie is immune to this curse. Hence, 'burn the witch! D:<'.

Ursula x Sophie OTP

A conversation on Disney movies and Sophie making a very unfortunate comment at exactly the wrong time led to the long standing injoke of Ursula being Sophie's concubine (or the other way round; no one was ever sure). Residents of the coastline around Kent complained of flooding, Sophie got a very suspicious Christmas card and something about ink facials came into things, but either way, no one, especially not Sophie, could ever take tentacles seriously again. Provided you ever could.

The Tpoe Fairy

A knack for not looking at the screen/her keyboard (or possibly both) when she types has led to Sophie being rather well known for strange and fantastic typoes (despite her being far from the only person to have a typo problem), such as Danwich, which apparently started off as 'sandwich' and not a reference to Dan's sexual preferences as it is now.
